• Produced hydrologic and hydraulic analysis 40 miles east of San Diego, CA.
• Project includes significant washes passing through the development area.
• Modeled watershed using HEC-HMS with adjustments to San Diego County requirements.
• Included existing, historical conditions and analysis to account for the proposed development.
• Washes were analyzed using HEC-RAS with the objective of delineating the flood plain boundaries, which were used as the basis for planning the development within the property.
