  • Played a key role as part of the development team to master plan the new development.
  • Partnered with the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and the City to establish new design and development criteria to accommodate unique qualities of the project.
  • Completed development includes 1,400 residential units and supporting commercial in a mixed-use setting together with 800 structured multi-level parking stalls, anchored by the Bangerter Station of the Mid-Jordan TRAX line.
