Historic Hillside Avenue Reconstruction

• Provided surveying, design and construction management for reconstruction, linking the historic downtown district to the Marsac byway.
• Consisted of topo and reconnaissance surveying, right-of-way establishment, roadway widening along steep terrain requiring extensive retaining wall and guardrail construction, extensive utility replacement, stream alteration permitting, storm drain reconstruction, historic structure preservation, excavation within a superfund site and new parking facilities.
• Awarded “PROJECT OF THE YEAR” by the American Public Works Associations (APWA) 2010
