Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead the design of site development, water resources, and municipal projects. Guide a team through all phases of permitting and construction, and apply problem-solving and conflict resolution skills throughout project delivery.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required
• Professional license or progress toward licensure required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in site and land development engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required
• Experience in municipal or water resources engineering and project management is a plus
• Strong writing and client relationship skills are highly valued

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
